Following the characters in the original series, the third season of 'Setayesh' features how the older son of Heshmat Ferdows and his new wife abuse the old man’s trust and appropriate all his belongings following a couple of tricks that push the grandpa to jail.

In the meanwhile, Heshmat tries to teach all he knows about trading to his beloved grandson, Mohammad.
